1. How can I place an order?

You can place an order by browsing our collection on our website, adding your favorite items to the cart, and proceeding to checkout. Complete the payment, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD may have an additional charge, which will be mentioned at checkout.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Please reach out to us at hello@prakatha.com or call 7044366592 for assistance.

4. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

  • Metro cities: 4-6 business days

  • Other locations: 6-8 business days

  • Remote areas may take longer. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also contact our support team for updates.

6. What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags intact. Sale items and customized products are not eligible. Reach out to us to initiate a return or exchange.

7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we do not ship internationally, but stay tuned for updates as we expand our services!
